The Barnyard

  • Dixie Belle

We have owned Dixie Belle since February of 2023 and have loved her ever since! She has had two bull calves while living here on the farm with us. She is a certified A2A2 Jersey cow that provides 6 gallons of milk a day.

  • Dottie

Dottie is the oldest milk cow we have on the farm who is also a certified A2A2 Jersey. We have owned Dottie since November of 2023 and she provides us with 6 gallons of milk every day.

  • Daisy

Daisy is our third milk cow that is also a daughter of Dixie Belle. Daisy is the youngest milk cow we have, she had her first ever calf in February 2024 and provides us 6 gallons of milk per day.

  • Passion

Another one of our Jersey cows! Passion is a retired show cow!

  • Peaches

Most recent fresh cow! A fun fact about Peaches is that she is blind in one quarter or 3 quartered as some people would say. That means only 3 out of the 4 quarters work in her udder. The blind quarter does not produce any milk.

  • Orvis

    Orris

Orris is our 4 year old miniature a2a2 Jersey bull! He is so ugly, he’s cute! We have him on the farm to insure that our Jersey cows are bred efficiently.

  • Flora, Mary Ann, & Wanda

    Our livestock protection mini donkeys!

  • Margot, Gretchen, & Willie

Our small, quickly growing, flock of katahdin sheep are pretty cool because they don’t have to be sheared like most sheep. They are a hair sheep breed, instead of wool, they have a thick layer of hair to keep them warm.

  • Rose

Rose is 20+ year old mini pony that has been in my family for over 15 years! She is very sweet but like all horses, can be sassy at times.

  • The Chickens

Our 15 hens that free range the farm providing us with the most beautiful and nourishing eggs.

  • Agnes

Our rescue holland lop bunny! She is very friendly and loves dandelions!

  • The Golden Girls

    Dorothy, Blanche, Sophia, and Rose.
